CARA was asked to recommend and provide a customized learning solution for the client's global workforce of 3500 stakeholders affected by the new system.

Documenting Standard Operating Procedures in the Fitness and Entertainment Industry
The market leader in the marine, fitness, bowling and billiards industry is expanding their presence in the U.S. and U.K. by opening large Family Entertainment Centers. Over the next few years, Brunswick plans to build up to 5 Family Entertainment Centers per year, and reduce development time from 12 – 18 months per center, to 9 months per center. The increased development pace will require the assistance of qualified resources who are unfamiliar with the “unwritten” process and who will need direction and guidance as to how and when to apply their expertise during the development process.
